Fleetwood Mac unveiled their 2009 tour set list to fans in Pittsburgh at the premier show tonight. Some fans have already posted some great clips lickety split. Below are a sampling of Storms, Stand Back and Oh Well.
SPOILER ALERT...
The official set list in performance order is Monday Morning, The Chain, Dreams, I Know I'm Not Wrong, Gypsy, Go Insane, Rhiannon, Second Hand News, Tusk, Sara, Big Love, Landslide, Storms, Say You Love Me, Gold Dust Woman, Oh Well, ISA, Stand Back, Go Your Own Way, World Turning, Don't Stop, Silver Springs.
If you want the ultimate spoiler with a play-by-play recap of the whole concert, including the band's clothing and interaction on stage, visit this thread on The Ledge forum.
The first media review of the concert comes from The Pittsburgh Post Gazette - "Fleetwood Mac Still Rockin' After All These Years" by Scott Mervis, who writes a wonderfully descriptive and detailed account of the show.
We saw her last night at the Mellon Arena on the opening show of the Unleashed tour, and we can testify that she's still the golden haired diva, still mysterious, still beguiling, still beautiful as she sings those haunting, heartbreaking love songs.
Yesterday I remarked about how unremarkable I thought the official Unleashed merchandise is. Well the cherry on the boring sundae is that Pittsburgh concert goers say there is no tour book available yet, either. What the heck? The good news is there's an update on the Design by Humans Fleetwood Mac tour t-shirt design concert - winners will be posted on March 15, 2009. I can't wait to buy those shirts!
Also on the radar are rumours of more tour dates to be added for June 2009 and chatter on fan boards suggests the shows will be in Europe. I'm betting on the UK, for certain, since Fleetwood Mac is pretty much confirmed for the Glastonbury Festival on June 27th.

I have been a fan of Fleetwood Mac since I was a kid. I'm only 33, but I LOVE their music! I saw the concert in Chicago, and it was awesome. They can still ROCK! I was totally impressed!! I would definately go see the show again!
Hey thanks for posting your concert reaction! May can't come soon enough when they finally make it out to California. I'm really looking forward to seeing them again. I'm only a bit older than you and I've also been a fan since I was a teenager. My first album as a birthday gift was Rumours!
I just came back from the show in Toronto with my wife. We went out to dinner had some drinks were ready for a great show, had 10th row floors and in the end were very disappointed! The sound was way to distorted to enjoy. I love load music more then anybody but this was brutal. Stevie was the star and Lindsey was so in love with Lindsey that it was a love in for himself! Have been a big fan for years (I am 45) but it was clearly all about the money, fake smiles on stage, very disappointing. It was just like the last Eagles tour (fake and all about the $$$$), but at least the Eagles show had GREAT SOUND!
Just came back from the show in New Jersey at the Izod. It was great!!! They put on a great show, the sound was spectacular.
I just arrived back from Toronto last night, after attending the Fleetwood Mac concert at the ACC. This was the 3rd time I have seen them in concert, excellent as usual, from lighting, sound, stage presence, set list. Fleetwood Mac one class act.
The Fleetwood Mac Show in Montreal at the Bell Centre Macrh 25 was absloutely amazing!
Lyndsey Buckingham blew my mind on guitar.
I saw the show in Columbus, OH 4/18/09. I have to say that as much as I love them, the environment could have been a lot better. I absolutely love Stevie & her dress changes, & Lyndsey was amazing on guitar. I loved the set list as well, its just that the crowd and sound was awful! I really hope I get a chance to see them again this year at a better venue!
just got back from columbus,oh 4/18/09 concert. i was ready to hear stevie sing her songs. very very very dissappointed!!! Music so loud the speakers squeached. when the guy sang and stevie sang you couldnnnn't even hear her. they need to check on how loud those speakers are. waste of our hard earned money.
Saw the Columbus Show on 4/18/09. Initially Mc Vies Bass was cranked up to the point of muddy distortion, once adjusted I completely enjoyed the show. Stevie looked a little tired but her energy picked up. Buckingham just flat out rocked the arena with his leads especially on, Im so Afraid. Two and half hours of favorites and well worth my $.
Saw Fleetwood in Atlanta GA 4/28/09 they continue to amaze me with their music. I took my daughter she is 23 years old she grew up listening to Fleetwood and she was amazed at how well they continue to jam. Stevie, Lindsey, and Fleetwood I take my hat off to you guys. Atlanta loves Fleetwood Mac and we hope you come back soon. I will be there ready to jam to some of the greatest hits ever. Continue to rock on Fleetwood, you haven't failed to impress us yet.
i am going to the may 12th show in calgary and it's sad to see that nothing from the 2003 "say you will" album is going to be performed. there are some good tracks!!! would love to see running through the garden live
Thy are great but whey are they charging so much to see the show? $150 is ludicrous. Not to mention that they are consciously allowing thirty to forty percent of the best seats for each venue to be released to scalping agencies, such as ticketsnow, etc. That sucks and I lost a lot of respect for them in doing that. These great bands have so much money, why must they be so greedy? I went to see the Killers and they only charged $45. No Doubt is only charging around $55. I'm not comparing them to these bands but the Killers are a lot hotter than Fleetwood Mac is these days and are charging 1/3 of the price. Even Coldplay are charging $50 less than Fleetwood Mac. That being said, I can't wait to see them again, Lindsay is my favorite rock and roll guitarists. He's also one of the best fingerstyle guitarists I've ever seen. He was as good as Leo Kottke and that's saying a lot. He's amazing.
I just came back from the show in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
And I am overwhelmed!
Fantastic!
I was there also in Ahoy Rotterdam. It was great and I've enjoyed the musicshow very much. If I do have the oppertunity I wouldn't hesitate!
Very good show in Rotterdam! The band showed enthusiasm and passion and this resulted in a very happy crowd. Only one point of critisism: too much volume, unbalaced mix and a muddy bass wasted some beautiful numbers like The Chain and Dreams. I think sometimes technicians must be deaf. Went to The Eagles at the same hall and they showed what a good mixer can deliver!
I saw the show in Antwerp and it was just great!
Stevie's voice had problems at times, but give
the girl a break. Lindsey on guitar was just the
best. I can't get 'I'm so Afraid' out of my
head (in a nice way). Mick and John complement
the band perfectly. It's a shame that Christine
was not there to carry the vocals that some of
the songs need.
after hearing all these reviews nobody said anyhing about the song storms and what stevie's saying in it, like ive always love you most of all David, you have all the friends in the wrold David , and after saying it 5 times and lindsey at the end singing david in harmony with Stevie singing it too, draging it way out and nobody cought on, its beond me did any of you realey go to the show? sorry i just had to bring this up!
